I found the service very convenient, if a little expensive. I needed a car at the last minute, and I was able to sign up and get into a vehicle the same day. Note: the ZipCars are parked in the Brooklyn Museum parking lot, right next to the entrance to the Botanic Gardens along Washington Ave. Don't wander in circles for 10 minutes like I did!
