Rented a Zipcar from here and 45 miles out, the back tire completely blew out and severed my brake lines so that my brakes didn't work while driving on a freeway in NJ during rush hour traffic. Luckily the ppl behind me saw the tire blow out and left me space to drift over but hitting the brake pedal and not having anything happen is a terrifying experience.
