If I could give zipcar no stars, I would. Thank you for ruining what was meant to be a fun family outing. We went to pick up a zipcar that we reserved for the day only to find out that the zipcar parked directly in front of it was not responding to the key card. So ours was not accessible and customer service could do nothing but refund the money. That's great, but how do we get to six flags now?? No good you have to suscribe monthly to use them and don't save much at all. Qe decided not to use them
