Zipcar bad
ZipCar in general is horrible not sure how they are still in business conducting business the way they do. Customer service is probably the worse I have ever ran into. Calling ZipCar direct for any help or resolution is horrible. I suggest you go with enterprise car share.
Nice if you don't drive often and just need it to run a few errands.
