Had a reservation for 11a, car wouldn't start. I spent 25 minutes on hold then finally an agent started to remotely play with the locks, so I was behind schedule. Car extremely dirty inside & out. So I wouldn't be late for ending the trip, or get added fees, I had to take car to a car wash and pay 11 dollars just for the basic wash, since they said it must be returned clean. State gas is included, but want members to pay for a minimum 1/4 tank of gas! Money rubbers.

Quick application, I did it on the fly to rent a car next day, application was ready by the time I woke up, there was a car within walking distance. A little pricey, but saved me the time of waiting on uber to run many errands! Plus they have a card available to pay for all the gas you use! Car was in great shape! Very clean too! Sept someone left their water bottles.
