The lady that helped us was Daniela was the worst. Very dismissive and condescending of what we were telling her in terms of our rental. She asked for pics of my license and when I showed her the proof of my ID she continued trying to get an extra 4-5 hundred dollars more out of me and my girl. Quote on quote for insurance and we were telling her that both out vehicles have insurance. When I was telling her that we already had a reservation through a third party at a discounted price. I was double charged and booked with late fees for a vehicle that had roaches in it. Zipcar has the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced.
