If I could go zero starts I would, your always on hole more than 15 minutes long. They never answer because they dont want you to cancel memberships and the only way to cancel is by phone. I paid my overdue balance on my membership and was told I'd have access to rent vehicles again .. I have yet to be able to rent a vehicle since having the membership. Customer service never calls back amd they never intend on handling the customers problems
