Horrible experience with Zipcar this location inparticular was difficult to find the address especially for someone not from the area for very long. My Uber driver even had a difficult time when dropping me off. The problem arose when it was time for me to return the car the next day. I was lost and while driving I was trying to get ahold of Zipcar to let them know I was going to be late. Instruggkw through the multiple touch tone options to try reach a human being.
