I picked up a white Honda CR-V from this location and there was a strong odor of what I believe is weed. I had no option but to take the car because I needed to pickup family from the airport and there were no other cars available nearby with the size we needed. I bought an air freshener on the way because the smell was unbearable and had to pull the window down the entire trip - ultimately got sick. Nice service and convenience when there are cars available. The majority of their cars that I have rented smell like weed. Customer service is okay. They were a bit nasty if you returned the car a bit late. This makes driving REALLY stressful since you are going against the clock. Though they do have a good selection of nice cars.
