Locked a customer out of their vehicle, which happened to be halfway in front of one of the pumps at the gas station I work at. Blocked the pumps, and blocking thru access in the lot. Called customer service about it, which of course connects me to someone on a different continent and not the local store. Was assured the car was flagged for pickup. The next morning, the car is still here. You guys suck and I hope your business withers and dies. You are costing my business money with your negligence.

Yeah, so some guy with the tag BRT722, in one of your zip cars just nearly ran me off the road in downtown Boulder. My first experience with your company. Not impressed. Wish I could post the pic of his vehicle. Since you have no listed number for offices or a complaint line listed, I had to post my greivances here. Thanks for the convenience of offering customer service. You should speak to your careless and dangerous driver.
