Zipcar central customer service is AWFUL to deal with if you ever have a problem. My application took days to process, then my application was erroneously rejected due to ZIPCAR'S ERRORS in reading my driver's license. Be aware: They offer no recourse online or in the app when this happens except to pay another $25 for them to process the application again. Zipcar literally stole from me and refuses to make it right. My application first took days to process, during which I tried to cancel the application as the occasion I needed it for had passed. Customer service, who I suspected was lying, assured me I would not be charged. Of course I was in fact charged.
