As any car sharing, some problems with the car cleaning (smoke signs many times, garbage). Car always low on washer fluid during winter. I had to ask for a few reimbursements (gas, washer fluid etc), most of the times customer service was good, but took a long time for one of the out of pocket expenses to be received ($50). Good if you don't have a car and want to use it occasionally for a few hours, but don't rely on it too much.
