I used to be a very satisfied Zions customes. Now after over 10 years they've become so difficult to work with we have decided to do all of our banking elsewhere. They have made even simple things like opening accounts for our teens into a cumbersome process. Very disappointing.

This bank is a joke been with the bank for over 14 years and my wife goes in to cash a check and they accuse my wife lf saying it was a stolen check even when they had cashed one just 2 week prior also got love it when the manager just hangs up on you on the phone and he says he can’t give me paperwork saying the account is closed when I request it to be closed
I opened my account in Rigby over 10 years ago never had any problems. Moved to Idaho Falls and got married. Went to the Ammon Branch to change my last name. After 3 in branch visits, and 4 phone calls and over 2 months my name was still not changed. Everytime I asked was told it just takes time and that they got an email saying they needed another document but didn't know what it was. Was a pain everytime I tried to deposit my check I would sign my account number old and new name and still got the run around to makr a depos... read more
