Are they Human? Or are they SLOTHS? If I had been waiting for Craig or David in a life or death situation, I would be DEAD! Seriously SLOW to respond! I used to be a very satisfied Zions customes. Now after over 10 years they've become so difficult to work with we have decided to do all of our banking elsewhere. They have made even simple things like opening accounts for our teens into a cumbersome process. Very disappointing.
