This is the only bank I have ever been to that charges a fee to cash a check here when the check is literally a Zions bank check. Terrible customer service. I would never open an account with a bank like this. A perfect way to keep away potential clients.

The Google reviewers who leave anything besides five stars are just having a bad day and taking it out on people who don't deserve it. You cannot find a better group of banking professionals who care about their customers and go out of their way to get the job done. Five star review would leave 6 if I could.
Customer service is the best. Every time I walk in here I’m greeted kindly, even when it’s busy. They are super patient and will put in extra effort to help when things don’t line up exactly.
