Went there today to complete a transaction that I literally do every month at a different Zions Bank location and they told me they couldn’t do it. But a different branch can? I was closer to this one in Sandy today so I thought it would be fine to go to this one. Nope. What a joke. Waste of time.
Like everyone else says, they're severely understaffed and the staff that is there can't be bothered most of the time. This branch is closest to my house but it looks like I'll have to start going to another one. Good luck if you're stopping by for a visit.
