A great bank, always clean and friendly staff especially Tina Gorby. They make it easy to do banking.
Banking at the zions bank is not the best experience. Employees turn over often and there is always a learning curve the customer needs to deal with. The service is extremely slow, inside service or drive thru. The only benefit about being a zions customer is when traveling to California the affiliate bank in palm desert California bank and trust is amazing So many tellers to assist you at all times and the perks and knowledge they offer outstanding. Miss my California team.
