This bank is great, they’re all very kind. I often get looked over though and other customers are taken care of before me.. I am patient and wait but it’s happened a couple of times and it’s a bit frustrating. :)
Cody and the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted by name when coming in, they are never busy, and are always eager to help out. This is the friendly local bank I have been searching for since moving here. They will continue to have my business for many years to come.
They won’t make change unless you have an account here. That’s a demerit.
I think this branch is pretty weird, bc nobody seems like want to solve your issues. if your problem is beyond what the counter can do, I would go somewhere else.
