Not impressed with the Burnett hair lady in her 50’s that has worked at Zions bank for many years. She’s extremely rude and has been very disrespectful to me over the years.
The manager is great and very friendly! However, both times I've been in the Smithfield branch the tellers I had aren't very helpful or friendly at all. They act annoyed that I even came in. They are laking some customer skills for sure. I was thinking about opening an account and I gave them a chance, but I'll bank elsewhere.
