Every time I come to the zion’s bank saratoga. they have poor service and slow and bad customer service even manager doesn’t care.
After having got the opportunity of doing business with this location I can totally understand the dismal low rating it has got. The staff doesn’t have proper knowledge of processes. When asked questions they shrug off and say that they don’t know why things are the way they are and occasionally say that some other team has to do something and that team always takes its own sweet time. Terrible customer service. No one at this branch cares about the customer experience. I have come into this bank several times because it is closest to my house and a business I work with regrettably uses Zions bank.
Worse Zions bank branch, I have 2 business accounts and personal account as well. This branch makes everything difficult every time I go do a deposit or any type of transaction, I spend around 10-15 for a single deposit, shouldn’t take that long, this branch makes me want to close out my accounts from Zions and take my money else where, they need to improve or will do sure end up closing my accounts.
Been with Zions for more than 25 years and this last experience tells me it's time to move banks. Went in for the Wires Enrollment with my wife and the employee took my paperwork and told me we were good to go. I double checked with him since we hadn't signed the form and he told me he was assured by his manager that we were good to go. Turns out they just didn't want to deal with my paperwork that day.
