Would not recommend anyone does service with Zions. They’re systems always have problems so half the time your debit cards won’t work. Been with Zions for almost 4 years now and every year the same problems occur. Past couple days the cards have been iffy, went to smiths and it took the card 10 times to work and then went to walmart 2 days later and the card wouldn’t work at all, systems kept saying the card had a problem. I read some of the other reviews here before going in so I was being observant. Our situation was opening a checking account for me and my wife. Syd Smith, the assistant manager, was great and walked us through it all with charm and humor. When we got home and our online banking wasn't working, I sent her an email expecting to hear sometime next week (it was a Friday).
