Extremely rude. Uninformed. Unprofessional. I’ve never banked with them but needed to do business with them and have never been treated so horribly. The woman in the drive let 3 people go before me and then laughed and me and refused to help me. The customer service line I called twice said that what I needed was easily doable but they refused to help me. I’m not surprised at all they average 1.8 stars. The .8 is too high imo
Bad name, bad bank.
Thieves. Stealing money from people when the come to cash a check from your bank. If you are that hard up for money maybe you should treat people better and not charge them to cash a check.
I've never been treated so bad in my life. I've been banking here for 15 years and I just switched to mountain America they need to learn a lot about customer service!
I’m glad I don’t bank at this bank. I tried to call to get some information. The phone rang several times before I was automatically transferred to the main customer service number for the entire bank. That transfer call rang for a few minutes, which when you are waiting for someone to answer seems like forever. When a CSR finally answered she was pleasant enough, but really couldn’t help me, and I really don’t think she specifically works for Zion’s bank.
