Great service very friendly
The best too work with
Extremely rude. Uninformed. Unprofessional. I’ve never banked with them but needed to do business with them and have never been treated so horribly. The woman in the drive let 3 people go before me and then laughed and me and refused to help me. The customer service line I called twice said that what I needed was easily doable but they refused to help me. I’m not surprised at all they average 1.8 stars. The .8 is too high imo
Bad name, bad bank.
Thieves. Stealing money from people when the come to cash a check from your bank. If you are that hard up for money maybe you should treat people better and not charge them to cash a check.
