I've been with Zions Bank for many years. I've had business accounts at other banks but I always end up back at Zions. Katelynn has been especially good to work with. Any time I have a question, she's right there ready to help out. And the rest of the crew is just a awesome. One of the tellers found out that we share a birthday and now every time I go in I'm greeted with a "How's my birthday buddy?" Great customer service, I’ve been to many Zions bank branches throughout Utah and Idaho and even Nevada and without a doubt Katelynn and Kerrilee are the best their attention to detail and caring attitude gives account holders peace of mind for sure I definitely recommend their branch in Providence Utah.
