Accolades well deserved! - Banking relationships have their ups and downs. Let me share an UP and well deserved review with the community. Zions Bank (North Salt Lake Branch) - We were on our way to the airport and were in a huge time pinch. I needed some cash from my account to pay for parking. Normally without proper documents etc., I would have expected a big hard no. In fact, I told my 11 year old as we walked in the door that we could try and see if the branch would offer a little grace and help us out. Long story short... read more
Needed to move some money around within the family to multiple banks and multiple individuals. We were anticipating a lengthy meeting. When we arrived, without an appointment, Victor, the teller, was able to handle everything we needed in less than an hour! He was friendly, professional, and polite. It was a great experience!
