They are absolutely completely rude, I left the building in tears. I was in a bad car accident, I came here because my attorney told me to go to there banks
They cost me and my business thousands. They closed a business acct without warning and told me they sent me a cashiers check in the mail of 10,000.00 which never showed up at my house. They have nothing to say other then they did their part ant mailed it. No signature required or anything. I still have not received my money. DO NOT open an acct here.
I'm sorry, but at least 50% of the time I transact business with this bank it's to solve some sort of problem that I never had with either of the two credit unions I did business with and will now return to. Look, I really don't like to lay out negative reviews for any institution, however, after I was once again denied the cash I needed from the ATM, and yes my account has sufficient funds to cover any and all transactions I have ever attempted there, it solidified my decision to close my account.
