Worst experience I have ever had as a business owner. I always encounter problems, issues, delays, and excuses for not having the funds available. I have a business account and deposit checks from my customers all around Ogden, most of the time from Mountain America or America First, yet they do not credit my checks for up to 15 days. It is a disgrace for a bank to operate like this. I do not recommend this bank and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your business banking needs.
No functioning ATM on a Sunday 11/23. Drove here just for it, considering switching to a more convenient bank instead.
Came in today to have a fee removed from my account, the teller put little to no effort to help and told me I was stuck with it. Called customer service on my way out of the bank who took care of it easily & immediately. Not sure why the teller didn’t want to help but glad customer service came in clutch!
Didn't appreciate the way I was treated. I came in an hour and a half before close. I didn't know I needed an appointment to open children's bank accounts. I was going to set up an appointment but wow Natalie could have told me without being so rude about it. The other teller was very kind hence the 2 stars.
