It's a nice building in a convenient location and my experiences here have been positive. Most things are online nowadays re: banks, but it's nice to have a local bank for a small safe deposit box, notary etc. When I need those services it's painless - very few situations where I had to wait, lollipops for the kids, etc.
Worst customer service. I stood in line in front of 5 employees I was the only customer there no one else. There were just chatting to each other, didn’t get a greeting or a I’ll be with you in just a minute. I was completely ignored. I do not recommend coming to this zions bank.
Very friendly and professional. They remember you if you’re a local.
