Never had an issue, instead I love going in to chat with the employees while conducting normal banking stuff
It kills me to say something nice about a bank, but this branch was really nice to me. I had a financial crisis some years back, and I was trying to get straight with my credit union by depositing an enormous check. The credit union would have had to put ahold on the funds for a week.Until the check cleared. They encourage me to go to Zion's bank to cash it and come back. Mikelle went beyond the needed service to help us. Will recommend highly, the whole team. Will always come back so Kyle can help us out too.
Try to deposit a cashiers check from the bank next door and they put an 8 business day hold. I bring cashiers checks regularly and that makes no sense. MACU or Americas First is definitely the better option.
