Zions Bank is the absolute worst. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Me and my husband have had multiple fraudulent charges in the span of less than a year. The worst part about Zion's Bank is how slow they are. If you have to file a dispute or order new cards you have to wait such a long time. Also the workers here don't know what they are doing. Multiple times I have called a branch and they have told me to call the customer care center, so then I call them and they tell me to call a branch. Do your job people. Also any... read more
Zions bank closed a credit with a small balance from interest accrued and sent me to collections even though I paid it. Communication was terrible. Service was terrible.
