I have been going to Zion Bank since we moved here they are awesome
Zion’s bank is the best! Most everyone knows me and is always so friendly, my whole family goes there and we’ve never had a complaint! The drive-through is always so quick and walking in is always so pleasant! Cara sees me the most probably and I love her!
The bad reviews on here are WILD because this branch literally has the best customer service EVER! Cara, along with several other tellers, all know me by name and there’s even an older gentleman that always shares what ‘National Day’ it is lol he’s so sweet. Zions bank in general? They’re ok. But I absolutely love this branch and actually look forward to swinging by to make a deposit🤗
Will is a great help! I had questions about the Loan Process and he was able to help me with everything! He also helped with a Medallion Stamp and was very knowledgeable about this as well.
