Georgiana Knowlton is a great employee and representative of Zions Bank. She gave us fast efficient help with a fraud problem and made us feel secure that things were taken care of. Gigi is the Customer Relations Manager at the Holladay Branch of Zions. She is so good at what she does that I honestly think you should switch banks just so you can work with you. She solves your problems and leave wondering why you got all worked up in the first place. Hurry because she is going way upstairs in the organization, mark my words. The good news is that this branch is full of friendly and competent staff. But Gigi is a wonder and all banks should have a dedicated FTE just to help customers in a jam.
Daniel at the Holladay branch gave me exceptional service!!!! He was helpful, patient, professional and courteous in setting up my online banking! Kudos to Daniel!!!
