One star just because you have the audacity to charge an $8 fee just to cash a check from your bank. Super happy I won't ever use your bank for any reason in the future. I can only imagine what other crap you charge for. I will never recommend you for any reason. CHEAP, PETTY, GREEDY and everything you think negatively about banks certainly apply to this one without exception. Pretty pathetic.
Worse company I ever dealt with
Very poor communication. No follow through on any commitments or promises made. I am surprised at how Zions bank is in business with how little they value their customers- business customers included. Do yourself a favor and go to chase.
Corrine was extremely helpful in “gift card” fraud. She contacted the fraud department to investigate my account. Later, she got me completely set back up. Very impressed with her great service.
