Let me start with Kari has been great to work with. That’s the only good thing about this bank. London is the laziest manager I’ve ever seen in all my life. You literally have to call up corporate ladder and have the customer service team reach out to her to do her job. While she seems kind to your face, she has no problem talking poorly.
