They charged me 5 dollars to cash a check from their clients checking account because I don't have an account. Guess I won't be taking checks from zion anymore. If you're a customer, think twice. 🤔
The tellers and management are rude and do not follow their own policies. The manager ended our conversation with “have a nice day buddy”. I assure you I am not his buddy. A bank with a 2.9 rating and multiple one star reviews should be avoided. There are good banks in Cedar City that deserve your business.
Never Open an Account Here!!What this bank has done to my sister and our family is criminal. My mother died 7 Years Ago and they refuse to let my sister who is the Executor of my Mother Trust Close the account. They have stolen over 5 Thousand Dollars from us despite my sister providing every single document necessary.
