Best Bank ever! No matter how I need assistance they are able to correct or inform me about everything. The staff are always so nice. There fraud alerts have changed me from loosing 1,000.00's of dollars by scamers. My money is safe and I don't have to worry about card alerts

Zions bank will charge you fees that you don't expect without any notification. I have banked with them for 10+ years and recently bought a house. I didn't use Zions for the loan because I am not a satisfied customer at all. They have recently charged me a service fee of $3 for the past few months because I have only had $100 in my savings account. I still use them for all of my direct deposits and have been a loyal customer for years. How do they thank me? Charge me a $3 fee. I now know that I have to have $200 in my saving... read more

I used the online scheduling tool to make an appointment, wanting to move money into an IRA. When I arrived at the scheduled time, no one had the slightest idea I was coming, nor did they have the slightest idea how to handle my request. I literally could not give them my money. They wasted my time, gas, and patience. I recommend finding a better, more professional institution.
