The employees have always been friendly and helpful when I go in
Zions bank will charge you fees that you don't expect without any notification. I have banked with them for 10+ years and recently bought a house. I didn't use Zions for the loan because I am not a satisfied customer at all. They have recently charged me a service fee of $3 for the past few months because I have only had $100 in my savings account. I used the online scheduling tool to make an appointment, wanting to move money into an IRA. When I arrived at the scheduled time, no one had the slightest idea I was coming, nor did they have the slightest idea how to handle my request. I literally could not give them my money. They wasted my time, gas, and patience. I recommend finding a better, more professional institution.
Love Zions bank. But I have had nothing but issues the several times I tried doing any transaction in Brigham City. Use another branch if you can.
