Staff was a huge help with a pre vacation panic with getting same day foreign currency. Taryn (?) was kind and gave fast and informative service. All within the 20minutes of free parking. Thank you!

Drove through drive-up window to cash a check of $6500 & included my ID. Was told I had to go park my car and walk all the way down the parking garage and elevators and street (2 drunks sitting by the door when I exited) to come inside to cash it because it was a large sum of money. Why? I have no idea other than now it puts my life in jeopardy as a smaller female walking with a big envelope of money out of your bank and down to the street and then through the long, dark parking garage by myself.
