I have a mortgage through Zion, which I am grateful for, but the customer service is terrible. No one knows how to reach the mortgage department. I received a statement with incorrect math, and I can't find a single person to reach about this issue. The loan officer I worked with is no longer with Zion, and I can't seem to get through to anyone via email or phone number.
