I opened an account because I have moved to the Valley! I first went to one bank in town and didn't get a good vibe. I went to Zion's and was treated very professionally. They were busy, but assured they'd be with me. When they helped me open an account, it was smooth, friendly, and clear. THANK YOU!

This branch office is constantly under staffed, closes before listed hours and the ATM seems to always be broken( the only atm between Logan Utah and Pocatello Idaho). I have deposited checks and not had my money available to me for up to a week, not good when you have bills to pay! The costomer service line only leads to disrespectful, judgemental people that will not answer basic questions.
