They used to be great but ok aren't the service has been very slow
Mike O’Brien the branch manager at 455 E South Temple went above and beyond in his customer service. I felt that he treated me not just as a welcomed customer but a relative. His actions are an example of the type of customer service that should be taught at the corporate level. Note to Zions Management: He deserves a raise.
If I could give 0 I would. I have never been to this location and gotten helped in a timely manner. Literally 45 minutes every time I go. They are slow and inefficient. There were 4 tellers in the lobby and they would not help me in the drive through before all the lobby was assisted. After 35 minutes another car pulled up to a second drive through spot, and they were immediately assisted. 10 more minutes before they got to helping me after that. Cannot recommend. Never fast. If you go through the drive thru, somehow that makes you the last priority vs the people in the lobby. Just waited 40 minutes to deposit money into the account due to “the lobby is backed up and you are going to have to wait” like what do you mean? Every other bank has 1 person dedicated to the drive thru. I was the only person at the drive thru.
