I had a very nice person help me with getting my auto loan while she was very kind she said a lot of things that weren’t true initially the only reason I took a loan from the bank was to have a 3 year loan instead of a standard 6 year one. The bank told me that I would have a 3 year loan when I signed the papers for me to realize later on that the loan was for 6 years. I've historically had really good experiences with Zions Bank, however, this particular branch has caused me an unfortunate number of headaches. I was waiting to sign on a loan through them that I desperately needed. They were very slow to contact me about when I could sign, and when they did contact me, they informed me that it was being held up due to an issue that could have been easily and quickly resolved by me days earlier.
