Bad customer service.
Talked to someone today named Jarrick I think it was. Had lots going on with my account, and he took it upon himself to make sure there was a provided solution and figured it out himself. Turned a stressful situation a simple one. Get this guy a raise!
Called here to see if they do foreign currency. Granite was very helpful with all the pertinent info I needed. This branch has to order in for an extra fee, but he let me know that Draper and AF carry the currency I needed. Thanks for the friendly and helpful service!

Zions Bank is the absolute worst. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Me and my husband have had multiple fraudulent charges in the span of less than a year. The worst part about Zion's Bank is how slow they are. If you have to file a dispute or order new cards you have to wait such a long time. Also the workers here don't know what they are doing. Multiple times I have called a branch and they have told me to call the customer care center, so then I call them and they tell me to call a branch. Do your job people. Also any... read more
