A 2-star review is being generous. This branch is certainly following other big bank trends. Absolutely very little interest in providing acceptable customer service. I’ve been to the branch three times in the last month and they were closed! - One time, closed at 5 pm, - The other was NOT open on weekends, - The other was closing early on a holiday. Zions Bank just has not been able to help me with anything lately. I have been banking with them for 15 years and this year when I have had a death in the family necessitating banking help all I heard was "no." US Bank was able to perform the tasks I needed help with immediately. When I needed to close accounts I was told I needed a lawyer but Wells Fargo did it for me immediately.
