We had looked at applying for a mortgage through Zions Bank. The loan officer would not answer questions. Kept requesting we unlock our scores..which we kept doing and checking were still open. He then made up some documents for us to sign...with numbers that made no sense. Refused to explain them to us. He told us the numbers didn't matter and to just sign. We refused. In July 2025, we visited the Zions Bank Broadway building in Downtown Salt Lake City. I used to work in this high-rise office building from 2012 to 2016, and I have so many pleasant memories working there. I did many interactions and transactions with the Zions Bank Broadway building during that time. The Zions Bank staff were always so friendly and helpful during these interactions.
