Haylie at the zions branch downtown was superb in helping me set up a new account. She was fast, kindly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with such great a employee
Do yourself a favor, listen to the overwhelming public voice, and bank elsewhere. A Money Network check issued a few weeks ago specifically listing the Zion's Bank on 310 S Main St as a place to cash it is somehow printed falsely because their agreement "fell through". No apology or eye contact from the terrible.
This review is not of the branch but of Zions Bank as a corporate bank. I lost my credit card which is my fault of course. I called to cancel it and get a replacement. They informed me they would have to also cancel my wife's card because they are connected and we would receive our new card in 7-10 business days. Of course I can't be without a credit card for up to 2 weeks. I requested they don't cancel the cards and just send new ones so we can keep using her card until the new ones come. They said they can't do that. I ask... read more
