I just recently opened an account with Zions Bank and this is my 1st bank account and they've been very friendly with me and very helpful which I appreciate because I'm new to all this. They great me everytime I come in and are very welcoming
I have tried calling several times to get to a live person to ask a simple question. Do you think I could do that??? No!!! All I get is put on hold with a stupid automated voice saying *that I am a valued customer & that they will be right with me*...What a joke, I never did get to a live person & still have my question. And going in to the Spanish Fork branch is like walking into a funeral home with condescending people working both the windows & desks. Their customer service is a joke!
