I have tried calling several times to get to a live person to ask a simple question. Do you think I could do that??? No!!! All I get is put on hold with a stupid automated voice saying *that I am a valued customer & that they will be right with me*...What a joke, I never did get to a live person & still have my question. And going in to the Spanish Fork branch is like walking into a funeral home with condescending people working both the windows & desks. Their customer service is a joke! Just went in to make a deposit and get change which I have done many times at this location. Everyone has been polite and helpful until today. Teller name Granite had a condescending demeanor about explaining their new policies. Until teller next to him jumped in to explain things. I hope he is not there permanently.
