We dealt with Neal Squires at this location looking at a potential SBA loan. Neal was unresponsive and full of excuses at every turn. Very unprofessional and an absolute embarrassment on a service level compared to the service we recieve at Sunwest Bank. If you want your time wasted and are not concerned with customer service then Neal is your guy. I wish I would have read the reviews and BBB report first that rates Zions Bank at 1.1 out of 5 stars. Great staff! I've banked with them for several years and this branch in particular has always been so friendly and helpful. I often have more complex financial requests and they always get the job done timely. Truly a treat to work with them.
