This bank is very crooked, unprofessional and possibly extortion. My adult son, Kyle, closed his account over 3 years ago. He received confirmation that his account had been closed via letter and phone calls. My son was recently applying for a mortgage and his credit report is showing very damaging remarks regarding his previous Zion Bank account. My son called and spoke to the branch manager Nate. I've worked with Zions Bank for over 15 years personally and professionally. I've found them to be professional, prompt and flexible when needed. Additionally, I've always found their teller staff to be warm and friendly. I recommend them often.
