I live in Zion terrace apartments in North Akron. Have been here 3yrs. When I first moved in they were nice. Now that the new management has taken over it has went to hell. There are bathrooms on every floor that are kept locked because management is to lazy to open them so the seniors in the building don't have to try to make it to their apartments to go to the bathroom and if they can't make it they have a accident on themselves. If interested in moving here, look elsewhere. There is infestation of mice, that has been going on for a year! There was an infestation of roaches for over a year. The janitorial department is no help petty men who can’t take responsibility. They rather raise the rent seems like yearly than manage the grounds. My parent have been there over a decade and no new appliances have been presented, no new paint on the building no proper up keep at all. God sees and he hears everything! I went there to look at a apartment today. I found out from the rental agent that you do pay gas and electric and that it goes by your income

Horrible place to Live.😠😢🤪🤕🥵. They need to SHUT THAT BUILDING DOWN. RAT INFESTED, BUGS, AIR CONDITIONING, Didn't WORK.
