Maintenance has always been good for me I've lived here many years my mom before me with me I thought was cool the maintenance man even called me on the weekend to let me know he would be there on Monday for an issue I mentioned that the floor in the workout room and needed to be washed and maintenance man did it like right away a great job. As far as the property manager goes I understand what folks say I will also say that she showed me a lot of care when I desperately needed it
Nice, quiet residential community. Very well maintained with lovely landscaping.
I stayed there for about 4/6months helping out a friend he was very sick the manager very nasty, very bad attitude and she locked me out of the apartment and stole my bag with my computer, belongings in it and I've been trying to get it for the past 2 months. If I don't get my belongings back I'm going to file a illegal lockout lawsuit.
No senior amenities, activities, well being checks. Bathroom's NOT senior friendly. Management, leaves, something to be "DESIRED! 🥴. JUST A RENT COLLECTOR!! IF YOU LIKE ISOLATION,...THIS IS THE PLACE!!
