Update 2/14/26: After posting this review, Zion Cycles reached out to me and ultimately resolved the situation by sending me a new bike. I do appreciate that they made it right and corrected the issue. We had a great experience at Zion cycles! The E bikes were very high-quality, worked perfect throughout the park, and they were super organized at the store getting us checked in. Will return next time we are in Zion!
Team at Zion Cycles was amazing from start to finish. We used Zion Cycles on a company team building and Zion Cycles was first class. They got us all geared up and trained on the equipment. Would highly recommend!!
Great folks and solid bikes! Definitely recommend Zion Bikes for a rental experience.
