My friend and I went in to see if we could return a necklace that she had purchased the day before. We walked in, politely requested to return the necklace, and were greeted with nothing but attitude. She told my friend that there was a strict exchange policy, despite the fact that my friend was not told this when she checked out. I made an online order from Zinnia (for a Maison Berger lampe and refills) and they fulfilled the order quickly. The order was double-boxed and bubble wrapped, which I appreciate considering the fragile contents. I had a good experience and would not hesitate to purchase from them online!
Want to thank Terry for always making shopping at her store so special. Her gift wrapping is always impeccable making everything so beautiful.
This is a great little shop. A nice selection of jewelry and other nice gift items. Love to go and see what's new any time I'm over that way. The owner and staff are very helpful and will gift wrap if you want.
A lovely store with a wonderful gift selection (I particularly loved the stemless wine glasses) and great customer service from the owner.
