I had an amazing spa experience to celebrate my birthday at The Spa at Ancaster this weekend. I was greeted when I entered, the spa was extremely clean, cozy and inviting and all of the staff I encountered during my visit were extremely friendly. I had an amazing experience at this spa! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, which instantly put me at ease. The service was exceptional—every staff member was professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. I made an honest mistake and came to this spa when I actually was booked elsewhere, but this place had no problem taking me when I didnt have an appointment booked with them and LIED to me about the name of the aesthetician working on me because I had said who I was booked with when I came in. I recieved a phone call from the place I was actually booked in at and felt horrible that I had not shown up for the appointment that i was booked in for.
