I had a postpartum massage two days after having my baby. Nikki was absolutely incredible. I had really bad leg, buttocks and back pain. 90% of all pain is completely gone. I was not expecting that. I thought it would just make me feel better a little bit and that would have been enough for me. I will be rebooking her as soon as she confirms how soon I can have another session. Angela is incredible at what she does and just a very uplifting, inspiring lady! I've been to her online Pilates classes, which were wonderful and also had the privilege of collaborating with her for wellbeing events. Such a knowledgeable, supportive, passionate advocate for wellness!
I did a ‘Closing the Bones’ treatment with Angela four months after the (fairly traumatic) birth of my twin girls. It was a really relaxing, comforting experience, which benefitted from Angela’s Pilates strength. I booked it for a couple of days after my maternity ward debrief and the combination of the two helped bring me a lot of mental and physical closure - I’d really recommend it.
