He really knows what he’s talking about! Also, he is very respectful even to me only being 15. Told me straight about whatever I asked him about. Highly recommend
Called to see if I could get a quick front derailleur adjustment and brought it in 20 minutes later, little did I know I needed a new derailleur hanger + adjustment along with some chain oil! Amazing customer service, even brought me behind the counter to have me watch him repair the bike! Needless to say, I will definitely be coming here more often for when I need further repairs; Prices are reasonable too, and am looking forward to buy my next bike from here!
Called in to see if they could repair a bike. Guy says no. Ok, fine. I ask, "Do you kno-" and slams the receiver down. Unprofessional. Gfsf
