AVOID Marcia Zimmerman at all costs. She is a downright nasty, unprofessional and disrespectful attorney to her OWN clients. I hired her, she got her money and she tore into me for a question I asked on only our second conversation. I FIRED HER as there was no way I could’ve worked with that women going forward. Caution! Seek other means of legal representation. Mishandled to begin with. I paid the better part of twenty thousand dollars for one mediation that was a friend of Lutturbie. At the beginning I interviewed with Zimmerman, and then was assigned with Lutturbie. Lindsay Lutturbie then decides to change firms telling me I need to pay another retainer and Zimmerman is going to withdraw. Also with a court date already set, so I have to come up with another retainer fee before the court date.
