When buying the Pro Z 100, and Challenger 500 (both Cub Cadet's), and a chain saw. I spent about $18k at Zimmer Tractor (Greendale, IN). Can't remember the name of the guy that sold it to us, but I was very happy how smooth things went. I was told since I was buying in November (after the cutting season), that they would look at total usage, and not a timeline of how long I had it. First of all I purchased a Cub Cadet mower. At 3 hrs on the Mower the engine would not run properly. I returned it and they were going to replace carburetor. Wrong part came in and they were going to have to reorder. Needless to say I was disappointed. Dan Zimmer called me at the end of the day and offered a brand new mower that would be ready 1st thing in the morning. Sure enough, at 8 am it was ready to go. That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!
